Quality Management
Interest by companies in ISO 9000 Quality Systems and Quality Management still continues but with the services themselves changing from those previously available.
For companies with existing quality systems we offer services from carrying out internal audits to operating as Quality Manager, which an increasing number of companies find to be of benefit.
We can assist in the development of new ISO 9000 Quality Systems for your business, including TickIT, or for integrating your current management systems. Our services can include writing the system documentation, training and implementation.
Other services cover developments like systems to satisfy particular CE Directives (e.g. medical devices) or operating Total Quality Management (TQM).

BS EN ISO 9000 Quality Systems
BS EN ISO 9000 is the internationally accepted standard for Quality Management Systems, which if properly and simply constructed, provides an organisation with the capability of controlling efficiency and Quality levels to suit their own requirements.
If a business is operating well and at a profit, it is probably already doing 70% to 80% of what is required by the Standard.
The standard is written on process management lines as are the standards for Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems.
Internal Auditing / Acting as a Quality Manager
We can carry out the Internal Audits or other Quality Management tasks for a company with a quality system so that they can concentrate on their business.
This service is now being used by many of our clients, both large and small and makes the operation of their Quality System much easier for them to manage.
Implementation Assistance
In addition to helping to implement the system, we can carry out pre-assessment audits and give advice if problems are found. This can help the many companies who have already produced documented Quality Systems, but who never progressed to the final stage of approval.
A pre assessment audit will help company staff to be more at ease and ready for the sort of questions likely to be asked by an external quality auditor and the approach that would be used.
Integrated Management Systems
An Integrated Management System will combine one or more management systems (e.g. quality and environmental systems) into an integrated system and set of documentation.
This eliminates the duplication of work and documentation for common system elements like auditing and document control and coordinates the work required.
TickIT
TickIT is the computer software provider’s Quality System. This certification is recommended for those organisations who are involved in the development, supply or maintenance of software.
Total Quality Management (TQM)
Total Quality Management (TQM) seeks to go further than just ISO 9000 and to encourage the workforce to understand and supply the needs of customers, both internal and external.
For any TQM programme to succeed commitment from the Managing Director downwards is essential culminating in each person or department within an organisation expecting and providing good service to and from each other.
